I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change! MY GOAL for 2015? It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle. JOIN ME. First Day of the New Year
I'm on vacation and traveling. Woke up, ate a bowl of Cinnamon Crunch cereal, took Augmentin and Prednisone for my sinus infection, rode 5 hours in a car, ate french fries and a Buffalo grilled chicken pita wrap with bacon and cheese and had a large lemonade. Went out with a friend for dinner and had cheese and chocolate fondu with a flavored tea. Doesn't sound like a diet, but at least I didn't snack between meals!
You know, I've actually had weight loss success by snacking between meals. It is suggested by many that you eat about 6 mini meals per day; smaller than usual main meals and then healthy snacks in between.
ReplyDeleteMY concern right now is my lack of self control. When food's in front of me, I seem to eat until it's gone. Sometimes I don't even notice how much I'm eating. I'm really going to have to plan and be intentional if I have snacks once I go back to work.
