Back on the Wagon-Thur., June 9

So....things got stressful and busy in May, but now it's time to start the diet again.     I am on vacation for 2 months, so using a different scale than before, but at 9:30 am this morning, the scale read 178 pounds.       I took 2 Sudafed at 10AM, chatted online for a bit, ate lunch at 11:30, chatted online more, and eventually went outside to plant flowers from 5-10PM.   Then it was time to shower and sleep.  No exercise today.   (No nasal steriods, no Tylenol, no evening meds)  (Left eye got swollen around 11PM)
11:30 AM- Salad (romaine & green leaf lettuce, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat in pieces, goat cheese, pieces of red and yellow peppers, and oil & vinegar dressing)
2 & 3 PM - a sugar free popsicle (both times)
5 & 8 PM - a fudgesicle  (No sugar added, but has a sugar substitute, I think.......probably not on diet)
10 PM -  Cottage cheese (half of a large container) & salad (romaine & green leaf lettuce, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat in pieces, feta cheese, and oil & vinegar dressing)
11PM- another fudgesicle
