I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change! MY GOAL for 2015? It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle. JOIN ME. "I Get Knocked Down, But I Get Up Again!"
I am so glad that a friend once pointed that song out to me during a time when I was so angry with my own failures! Isn't it wonderful that we have people in our lives that can see the good in us when our own blinders are on?
