Monday, January 31st

WEIGHT at 7:30 AM - 197 pounds.    (No change.)

9AM- 1/2 a cucumber (cut in slices) dipped in hummus
NOON- 2 stalks of celery with hummus, 6 snow peas, 2 sugar free Jello cups
4:20 PM - 1 string cheese & 1 cup of sugar free Jello

Now I'm leaving work at 6:30 to go eat supper.

  1. I set out chicken to thaw and then fixed a salad.
    Around 8PM, I ate my salad made up of
    spinach, feta cheese, 3 slices of turkey lunch meat, sliced almonds, olive oil & vinegar, and Mrs. Dash (no salt) seasoning. Then I had 2 Fudgesicles for dessert.

    I did dishes and then popped in a movie, so around 10:50, I caved in and had 3 more Fudgesicles. I'm a sucker for any form of ice cream or popsicle. (At least they're sugar free. Still, I know they contain calories.)
