I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change!
MY GOAL for 2015?
It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle.

8:45AM- omelette (3 eggs, 3 slices of turkey lunch meat, & some cheddar cheese)
Noon - jello & water
It's 5PM now and I'm going home to eat and do dishes.
Dinner was 2 zucchini sliced and fried in olive oil with cheddar cheese melted on top. YUMMY! Followed eventually by 4 Fudgsicles.
