Sooooo.....I've been horrible at keeping up with my blog lately for a
variety of reasons, BUT, the good news is that I've stayed on my diet
for the most part. I've been doing The South Beach Diet for awhile and
am in Phase 2. I've only strayed from it a few times like last
Saturday when a student brought me 4 chocolate chip cookies, and last Monday when a coworker made some cookies for me also. ( I think I had about 4 of those also, and gave the rest away.) On Thursday, March 3rd, I hit the 20 pounds mark. The scale read 180!!!!
Now, I've had a girls' weekend and pigged out. It'll be interesting to see what the scale says when I get back home. I guess I'm not too worried. I plan to start my diet again on Monday!
