I didn't get up until 7:30 this morning, so I got plenty of sleep!
WEIGHT at 7:45 AM was 177 pounds!
8:30 AM - 6 oz. strawberry yogurt
11:00 AM - 8 to 10 almonds and 2 popsicles
11:30 AM - cottage cheese (fat free) & salad (mixed greens with chicken, cheddar chz, almonds, and oild & vinegar)
12:50 PM - 2 popsicles
2:30 PM - more cottage cheese & a small slice of pumpkin pie (In honor of Pi Day!)
6:00 PM - Salad & 2 popsicles
9:00 PM - another salad (Emotional eating....I was upset & sad about a few things.)
OK, so later I was still sad & disappointed, so much so that I couldn't sleep. I gave in and had 6 oz. of yogurt around 11 PM. Even later, around midnight, I pulled the left over fettucini from the fridge, warmed it up and ate it. That was a lot of food. I actually started feeling sick towards the end of it. Simply put, at this point, I DON'T CARE.
