8:30 - cinnamon roll (NOT on my diet, but a gift)
9:00 - another cinnamon roll
No morning snacks....Work kept me very busy!
1:00 - cauliflower & hummus
1:15 - TWO 6 oz. yogurts
3:20 - MANY frozen grapes
3:40 - one popsicle
6:00 - I was SOOOOO hungry...my tummy was growling. I ate a 3-egg omelete with cheddar cheese and cilantro, with a touch of tandoori masala seasoning. YUMMY! I also ate a whole sweet potato with butter, 2 Fudgesicles, and several frozen grapes between 6-8PM.
8:20 - one popsicle
10PMish - 1 creamsicle and a whole can of black olives (I was so hungry today!)
