Lunch- salad with chicken breast (instead of turkey)

Watched a basketball game around 6PM - ate 2 cheese sticks & drank a bottle of water
Company over around 9PM- a few slices of cheddar cheese
Dessert- 1 fudgesicle
*Weight at 7:30 AM was 192 lbs. WOW!
