Between 9-10 AM I was snacking on some cucumber slices and a large bowl of sugar free jello.
Lunch around 12:30 was 3 lettuce wraps with one slice of Provolone cheese and one slice of turkey lunch meat wrapped inside each piece of lettuce and then dipped in oil/vinegar dressing. I followed it up with more sugar free jello. Yum!
Dinner was around 7 PM and it was a salad with feta cheese and oil & vinegar dressing, followed by 4 Fudgesicles.
When I weighed myself this morning around 7:30, the scale read 195 lbs. Yeah!
