I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change! MY GOAL for 2015? It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle. JOIN ME. The Plan
For those that may think by now, day 7, that I'm just full of hot air, I want you to know I really am hatching a plan in the back of my mind. Right now I'm still on vacation, so establishing a routine is not going to happen until I get back home in a few more days. Then I've got Slim Fast and several exercise DVDs just quietly calling my name!!! THEN I'll try to get measurements and start recording and tracking my weight. Until then, I will try to not pig out and make decent to smart choices.....
