I love how a day can start off so well and then go so wrong! Ha! Again, I'm so happy that I could care less about my poor eating habits, but I must be honest and write down everything I ate for accountability. I can let myself off the hook for now, but must also recognize that THIS is why I'm fat!
Breakfast- none
Lunch- salad (mixed greens, red peppers, cauliflower, Italian dressing), veggie burger w/cheese & thin bun and Italian dressing. A big slice of cake and 2 scoops of ice cream.
Snacking- Peanut brittle!!!!
Dinner- Veggie casserole (tomatoes, milk, eggs, green beans, cheese, zucchini, and some other stuff) YUMMY! More cake and ice cream....HAD to finish it!
Snacking after 9PM- more peanut brittle.
