Feb. 17th

8:15 AM - light yogurt (strawberry & banana flavor)
10:30 AM - light yougurt (blackberry flavor) & one apple
12:15 PM - 6 inch Subway sandwich (bread turkey, Provolone chz, cucumbers, black olives, lettuce, tomatoes, and nustard)
2:30 PM - pear
6:30 - 7:30 PM - I went to a friend's house to hang out.  We ate dinner, had dessert, and played cards.    I didn't want to be rude, so I didn't mention my diet.   I figured, even if I broke it a bit, I could go back on it when I went back home, so I just enjoyed myself.   I had second helpings of white rice with Chinese casserole (cream of mushroom soup, chicken, celery, and crispy chow mein noodles on top).   Then I ate about 7 oatmeal, butterscotch cookies along with 2 scoops of vanila ice cream.   BAD, but YUMMY!
