7:30 AM - one strawberry and one lowfat yogurt (strawberry flavor) & gum
10:30 AM - lowfat yogurt (red raspberry flavor)
12:10 PM - 3 big slices of pizza (It was pizza or nothing. I was being bad since I'd already broken my diet the previous night. I did NOT need the third piece! I DID throw away some of the crust.)
***After my snowmachine ride back home, I needed to shovel my boardwalk, so that was my exercise!
WEIGHT at 6 PM - 189 pounds.
6:30 PM - 2 Fudgesicles
7:30 PM - 9 breaded cheese sticks
I stayed up until about 11:30 talking with a friend that just got back into town. We talked and talked and drank lots of water!
