10:15 AM - 6 oz. fat free yogurt (strawberry orange sunrise)
11:30 AM - fudgesicle & celery sticks with hummus
2:00 PM - Salad (spinach, feta chz, grilled chicken, basalmic vinegarette)
**I'm SOOOOO stuffed. I actually had a hard time choking down the whole salad. Despite that fact, I'm still going to find a way to let a delicious fudgesicle melt in my mouth and tickle my taste buds before sliding down my throat and finding room in my stomach. Here I go.....to be bad and enjoy it!
OK....well, I ended up talking with a friend for awhile, so I later had 2 Creamsicles at 4:30 and then at 6:40 had 2 Fudgesicles. I ended up getting really busy and wasn't hungry, so that's all I ate! :)
