I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change!
MY GOAL for 2015?
It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle.

Not keeping good track on paper, but.....
So I've not been good at keeping track of what I'm eating, but I've stuck to my diet. This morning I stepped on the scale and I've lost 5 pounds!! Yahoo!!!! I'm so glad I didn't cheat....even when I was tempted when going into Bethel twice!
