I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change!
MY GOAL for 2015?
It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle.

7:00 PM - some salad
8:45 PM - 10 nuts
9:00 PM - 4 Fudgesicles
11:30 PM - fell asleep watching a movie
