Breakfast - 2% lowfat cottage cheese  (almost the entire small size container with salt and pepper)
Lunch- salad *
Dinner- salad *
Dessert- 5 Fudgesicles (Sugar free)


* My salads are a mixture of greens and then feta cheese and turkey lunch meat with oil & vinegar dressing.
