9AM- Omelet (3 eggs, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat, and some cheddar cheese cooked with olive oil) I was SO stuffed about halfway through the omelet that I didn't want to finish eating it, but I knew I'd be in church so would have no morning snack AND I didn't want to waste food.
1PM- Salad with iceburg lettuce, cucumbers, Provolone cheese, and oil
Sunday afternoon I went to a friend's house for a Superbowl party. I had a bite of halibut, lots of sugar free Jello, and 2 Fudgesicles.
That evening, back at home, I sliced up and fried one zucchini, had a spinach salad with chicken breast and topped with basalmic vinegarette. I finished my night with 1 Creamsicle and 1 Popsicle - both sugar-free, of course.
I notice that I don't really feel hungry often. I don't have cravings. Even though I WANT my sweet desserts, I don't crave them. I could do without them, but I treat myself. Nice feeling!
