8 AM- 1/2 a cucumber, sliced, with hummus
10AM- a big bowl of sugar free Jello
12:45PM- YUMMY salad (mixed greens, 3 slices of turkey lunch meat, olive oil and vinegar, Mrs. Dash seasoning, feta cheese, and sliced almonds) then a few spoonfuls of 2%milkfat cottage cheese w/salt & pepper
5PM- lots of broccoli and 3 stalks of celery with hummus (I finished off the 10 oz. container I'd opened this morning)
It's 7:30 and I'm leaving work, but taking work home with me. (-sigh-) I'm sure, with the almost overwhelmed mood I'm in, that I'm going to LET myself have about 4 or so Fudgesicles! Emotional eating....Bring it on!!!
(Here's how I'm justifying it. This is Day 3 of the South Beach Diet and the book says I can eat as much as I want of any of the foods allowed in a certain phase and still be okay. I'm sure the idea is that I can eat as much as I need to feel full....not to gorge myself on Fudgesicles, but as I've not completely read all the chapters, I'm going to run with this little loophole tonight! I'm so bad.)
