Breakfast:
2 cups of cereal (unknown kind, but has flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, oats, and crisped rice??)
2 cups of 2% milk

Lunch:
1 light yogurt

Dinner:
1 fajita chicken breast
small salad
Cup of jello with whipped cream
