I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change!
MY GOAL for 2015?
It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle.

7:30 AM- Slim Fast & a kiwi
4:00 PM- 5 celery sticks (plain) and vanilla yogurt
6:00 PM - 1/3 of a big bag of beef jerky
11:00 PM- Kit Kat candy bar and a few bite sized chocolate candies also
