I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change!
MY GOAL for 2015?
It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle.

2 PM- Chips & salsa
10 PM- celery sticks with peanut butter and dried cranberries (still at work)
SNACKS during the day: 2 muffins (Banana peanut butter chocolate chip muffins)
