I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change! MY GOAL for 2015? It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle. JOIN ME. Wednesday, April 20th
Long, important phone call from a friend last night. Then couldn't sleep. Woke up in the morning completely exhausted. My head felt really heavy and one of those headaches was coming on, so rather than fight it all day, I called in sick to work. I slept until 2PM and then would wake up and lay in bed thinking and fall asleep again, off and on, until 5:30 PM. Then I got up and had a couple glasses of MILK and went to Bible study, came back, watched a movie and had more milk, and went to bed by midnight.
