I am at my heaviest weight ever - 220 pounds. Things have to change!
MY GOAL for 2015?
It's not simply about weight loss. I need to be healthy. I will learn more about healthy eating and experiment with foods to see what works for my taste buds and my schedule. I will also take small steps to change my sedentary lifestyle.

Wednesday, April 6th
Got up at 6:30 AM, showered, fixed breakfast, watered my plants, made it to work by 7:45AM.
8:45 AM - omelette (3 eggs, orange & red peppers, and Tandoori Masala seasoning)
