8:45 AM - omelet (3 eggs, chicken, cheddar cheese, & cilantro)
9:45 AM - half of a pear
10:30 AM - other half of the pear
11:30 AM - fudgesicle
11:40 AM - 6 oz. yogurt
1:25 PM - 9 almonds
4:00 PM - 9 more almonds
Rest of night I ate more "diet" food....cottage cheese, jello, 2 more fudgesicles.
(Bad night...miscommunication with a friend that can't seem to be worked out.)
