9:00 AM - peach yogurt (6 oz)
10:30 AM - one popsicle
11:45 AM - two salads (mixed greens, sliced almonds, oil & vinegar, feta cheese, & tomatoes)
12:50 PM - jello & a popsicle
4:30 PM - broccoli & hummus
4:45 PM - an entire bag of plain M&Ms (I've been SO hungry and it's like the food I've been eating is just not satisfying. I need to look at my diet again and see what other foods I should add in
