Did not sleep well last night due to the falling out... Got a text this morning from an old friend, so that was nice. Then I stayed in bed, dozing off and on, until 10AM.
10:15 AM - omelet (3 eggs, chicken, chz, cilantro)
NOON - 2 popsicles & several grapes
2:30 PM - 6 oz. yogurt
4:30 PM - cottage cheese & one popsicle
6:00 PM - cinnamon roll (a gift from a friend) & a popsicle
10:45 PM - another cinnamon roll (NOT diet food)
11:30 PM - 2 popsicles
Worked all day long to try and clean my office.
